Van Life Fitness: Exercise in a Small Space

Living in a small space, like my cozy van, has its challenges, but staying fit doesn’t have to be one of them. With a bit of creativity and some handy tools, I’ve managed to maintain a regular fitness routine that keeps me active and healthy, no matter where I am.

Embrace Bodyweight Exercises
